Before becoming a chef, Alex ran a popular food blog – Just Cook It – where he shared recipes, interviewed other food personalities, ate his way around the world and built up an extremely loyal following.
He now writes on all aspects of the food industry, as well as longer lifestyle pieces, and still enjoys creating exciting, modern takes on seasonal recipes.
